.............This is one of my favorite and more recent tracks from the man. (For sale on the official "So Far Gone" mixtape)
----> He comes from the heart on this one. I appreciate music where I can analytically listen to expressed sentimental ideas or situations. It's comforting to realize someone you never met, and hardly know, can go through similar ups and downs as you.
FEAR could possibly be the strongest emotion we have so the title gave me high expectations. DRAKE MET THEM. Fear may be a stronger emotion than love, if they are not parallel.
(Drake does make a reference to Tupac on this track..)
Tupac once considered fear a stronger emotion than love. He said he had friends he loved that stabbed him in the back. Then when he struck fear into them, they wouldn't think about betraying him. That example is something I can definitley relate to...
"I think I'm scarred of what the future holds..." ----> WHO ISN'T?... The future is a scary concept once you realize that your greatest pains are probably in the future. One of Drake's great points in this song... I appreciate this man for this.. It's a REAL track..
